  1. Hi. Have a straw and new filter, all cleaned and all reassembled , but when you try to suck , it brings mostly air up and barely water. I tried to put the silicone spout thing in and out several times making sure it is Realligbed. No luck. I know the straw and filter work in another bottle. I also know that when I take only the suction part off the bottle and close it with a finger, it is air tight. But the moment it is screwed on it doesn’t work as designed . Any ideas ? There is a small hole for air. Maybe something wrong there?
